Accommodation
Note that the conference dinner is scheduled on the last day of the workshop. It will take place in Restaurante Nineu on July 19 at about 20:00-23:00. Please take this information into account when booking your accommodation.
The Conference Fee does not include accommodation. Summer is high season in San Sebastian. We have blocked a number of rooms in hotels and student residences from the 15th to 20th of July. There are two types of accommodation:
- Every participant can book a hotel room by contacting an agency via email as indicated in the table below. In the email, please mention the workshop acronym (QDP2018), your name, and the arrival and departure dates.
- A room in the Olarian residence can be booked during the Miramar registration procedure, see table below.
